What's the nicest thing you've done this week? What'll be next?

I met with a friend and business acquaintance over a glass of wine and a meal and we both shared information about what we are working on, listening to each other for consistency of values, integrity, etc.  We both spoke of what is most important to us right now, and we both commented about the sea change that we are feeling more than seeing - that organizations/institutions are opening to a spiritual workplace in much higher numbers than in the past.
